Depending on the scope and timing of your request, proposals may take up to two weeks to prepare and deliver. We are a boutique travel firm, not a call center, and each itinerary receives personal care and attention. THOUGHTFUL PLANNING FOR
Our intake call is a key step in crafting your custom journey. It gives us the chance to connect and understand your travel goals, preferences, and priorities. Using this insight, we design a seamless itinerary filled with hand-picked experiences that bring your travel dreams to life, all while honoring your time and investment. As part of your service, you may request up to three refinements to your proposal as we perfect every detail.
YOU
RESPONSIVENESS + TOTAL TRANSPARENCY
You can expect a response to your emails within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Non-urgent messages received over the weekend will be addressed promptly on Monday. Throughout the planning process, we are transparent about what is included in your package and any applicable fees or taxes. Occasionally, we may need additional input from you or need to reconcile preferences with your budget. When this arises, we address it promptly and work with you to prioritize your trip elements for a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Our clients value thoughtfully designed, high-touch travel experiences. While every trip is tailored and pricing varies by destination, season, and travel style, most clients invest a minimum of approximately $500 per night, per room for accommodations. Some destinations and travel styles may fall above or below this range, but this serves as a helpful starting point when considering what it looks like to work together.
